He has inspected, negotiated and settled both residential and commercial claims up to $18,000,000 (yes million!).

Vincent began his construction career in the plaster and stucco business. He then progressed to a supervisor position in the land development business. Additionally he has experinece in construction estimating and project management for insurance claim restoration projects.
He has inspected, negotiated and settled both residential and commercial claims up to $2.3 million dollars.
Most of his years as a claims adjuster were spent with Pilot Catastrophe Services. He scoped and estimated insurance claim damages from hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, hail, wind and ice. Additionally he was insurance claim appraiser for approximately five years.
Upon completing postgraduate studies in the Netherland, he took an overseas architect job in Caracas, Venezuela during it's boom years excelling in residential and institutional project assignments. Afterwards he joined 3DI in Houston, Texas, a leading architectural/engineering firm during the 80's and 90's.
Afterwards he moved to Florida in the late 90's where he went on a design consulting career taking advantage of the huge real estate boom.
Alfredo has remained active in the field until present.
