All of our management team are experienced in the building construction trades, building construction management plus insurance claims settlement. We have additional team members who are also licensed architects and engineers.
Multiple members have held either a Florida state certified General Contractor license or a certified Building Contractor license since the 1980's. This includes management experience in residential and commercial construction.
After many years in the construction industry some team members began working in the insurance claims industry due to the 1994 Northridge Earthquake in California. This lead to more work handling insurance claims for nationwide carriers for damages due to hail, tornado and hurricanes. Next were handling claims due to the World Trade Center disaster, Hurricane Katrina, and Hurricane Ike. Our team has successfully handled over 20,000 insurance claims.
We have multiple years’ experience negotiating and settling insurance claims in the field and from the desk. This work included claim supplements, public adjuster and litigated files.
In more recent years we returned to the construction business repairing storm damaged structures. Additionally branching out into writing insurance repair estimates for attorneys, and performing insurance appraisals.
